Supplying measurements
Tell us where the plaque will go and send the space available (width and height), plus a photo of the wall, door or pillar. Mention whether it is indoors, under cover or fully exposed so we can suggest the right material.
Artwork requirements
Send the exact wording and your logo as vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) with outlined fonts. Engraving works best with clean line artwork; if you only have a photo or low-resolution logo, we can redraw it and send a proof.
Survey and installation
Plaques are fixed with stand-offs, screws or concealed studs depending on the surface. On brick, stone or plastered pillars we check the surface first, and installation can be arranged or the plaque supplied ready to mount with fixings.
Maintenance
Wipe stainless steel and acrylic with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Brass can be polished occasionally with a suitable brass cleaner, or lacquered to slow tarnishing.
