Canopy fascia signs often use printed or vinyl-faced panels that must match the brand exactly. We print canopy fascia faces and coordinate fabrication and lighting. Work at height may need a site survey before a formal quotation.
Canopy fascia signs are the branded panels that wrap around the edge of a fuel station canopy, or any large drive-under canopy such as a car wash, depot or drive-through. They carry the brand colours and logo, are often illuminated, and are visible from a long way down the road.
A good canopy fascia is straight and seamless along its length, evenly lit and securely fixed to the canopy structure. It differs from a shopfront fascia in scale and exposure: runs can be long, the work is high above an operating area, and the panels must handle wind and weather, so the existing canopy structure needs to be checked and engineering input may be needed where required.
Where it works well
- Fuel station canopy branding
- Car wash canopies
- Drive-through and collection canopies
- Truck stop and depot canopies
- Rebranding existing canopy fascias
- Replacing damaged or faded fascia sections
Materials and finishes
- Aluminium composite panels with printed or cut vinyl
- Acrylic or polycarbonate faces for illuminated fascias
- Aluminium extrusion framing
- Backlit flex face systems
- Corner and end-cap pieces
Lighting options
- Internally illuminated LED fascia
- Illuminated logo sections only
- Non-illuminated fascia
What affects the price
- Total fascia length and depth
- Illuminated versus non-illuminated construction
- Reuse or replacement of the existing frame
- Number of logos and corners
- Access equipment and working at height
- Removal of existing fascia
Supplying measurements
Send photos of each side of the canopy and any measurements you have of the fascia length and depth. Accurate dimensions are taken during a site survey, which is normally needed before a formal quotation.
Artwork requirements
Provide the brand specification or vector artwork for the fascia, logos and colour bands. We produce a scaled drawing of each elevation for approval.
Survey and installation
Canopy work is done at height using suitable access equipment, usually phased to keep the site operating. The existing structure is assessed, engineering input is arranged where required, and illumination is connected by a qualified electrician.
Maintenance
Wash the fascia periodically to stop dust and fumes dulling the colours and lighting. Have the canopy fascia inspected after severe storms for loose panels or fixings.
Frequently asked questions
Can we reuse the existing fascia frame?
Sometimes. If the frame is sound, new faces or panels can be fitted, which the survey confirms.
Can you brand a car wash or depot canopy too?
Yes, the same approach works for any drive-under canopy.
How long does the canopy rebrand take on site?
It depends on the size and access; we confirm the programme in the quotation after the survey.
