Supplying measurements
Send the stand size, the venue's stand plan and any organiser's rules on height and branding. If you are using an existing structure, give the panel sizes or send the system's specification.
Artwork requirements
Supply print-ready PDFs in CMYK with outlined fonts and bleed, at scale for each panel. If you only have a logo and key messages, we can lay out the stand graphics for approval.
Survey and installation
Installation at the venue can be arranged where required, working within the organiser's build-up and breakdown times. Hanging signs and electrical items must follow venue rules and are connected by the venue or a qualified electrician.
Maintenance
Pack panels flat or rolled in protective cases between shows to prevent scratches and creases. Keep a note of panel sizes so updated graphics can be reprinted to fit.
