Supplying measurements
Send photos of the lightbox, both lit and unlit, and its approximate size and height. Describe the fault: dark sections, flickering, cracks or water inside.
Artwork requirements
If the face needs replacing, send vector artwork of your logo. We can also reproduce the existing face from a photo where needed.
Survey and installation
Lightboxes at height need access equipment, and electrical repairs are done by a qualified electrician. Some repairs are done on site, while others require removing the box.
Maintenance
Have lightboxes checked periodically and clean the face and inside of the box. Report flickering early, as it often signals a failing driver.
