Supplying measurements
Send photos of the surface, its width and height, and note any doors, windows, sockets or uneven areas. Tell us whether the surface is painted, tiled, glass or textured.
Artwork requirements
Artwork should be supplied as vector PDF or high-resolution images at the final dimensions, with bleed allowed around the edges. If you only have a small image, tell us early so we can advise whether it will hold up at large size.
Survey and installation
The surface must be sound, clean and suitable for adhesive graphics; we check it from your photos and, for large or high areas, may need a site survey before a formal quotation. Installation arrangements are confirmed per project.
Maintenance
Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding abrasive pads. Report any lifting edges early so they can be fixed before they spread.
