Aisle markers are printed double-sided for hanging or single-sided for rack ends. Boldmedia Print Zimbabwe prints aisle markers on rigid, lightweight boards with clear numbering. Matching floor graphics can be printed for the same aisles.
Aisle markers identify each aisle in a warehouse, store or storage area with a number or letter, usually displayed at the end of the racking where pickers and forklift drivers enter. They come as end-of-aisle panels fixed to racking uprights, double-sided signs suspended above the aisle, or floor markers at the aisle entrance.
Good aisle markers are large and high-contrast so they can be read from the main traffic route, are double-sided where approached from both ends, and sometimes show the range of locations in that aisle. They differ from rack identification labels, which mark individual bays and shelf positions, by working at aisle level so people know which row to turn into.

Supplying measurements
Send the number of aisles, the racking upright dimensions or roof height for suspended markers, and photos of an aisle end. Tell us whether aisles are approached from one or both ends.
Artwork requirements
Supply the aisle numbering and any location ranges to be shown, plus colour coding if used. We set up a consistent template and can add barcodes or QR codes where your system needs them.
Survey and installation
Racking-mounted markers fit with clips, brackets or magnets without drilling the racking. Suspended markers involve work at height, and installation is scheduled around warehouse operations.
Maintenance
Wipe markers clean periodically and replace any that have been struck by forklifts. Reprint markers when aisle numbering changes so they always match your system.
