Supplying measurements
Send the finished width and height, the quantity, and a photo of where it will hang or stand. Tell us how it should be fixed (eyelets, pockets, cable ties, stand or frame) so we can finish it correctly.
Artwork requirements
Send print-ready vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files with fonts outlined and colours in CMYK. For large format, images should be high resolution at the final size or supplied larger and scaled; if you only have a logo or a low-resolution file, our team can rebuild it and prepare a proof for approval.
Survey and installation
Many printed items are supplied finished and ready for you to fix or set up. Where fitting is needed, arrangements are confirmed per project, and work at height or on large structures may need a site survey before a formal quotation.
Maintenance
Keep printed items clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, avoiding harsh solvents. Store banners and soft materials rolled or folded loosely, away from heat and sharp edges.
